► HW - The Venue
The venue aims to be the hub of student social life in High Wycombe and consists of the Lounge and the White Room. The Lounge The White Room Opening hours 
The lounge is a café bar during the day with Café direct offering great food offers and a contemporary space to sit and chill.
Whether it is to catch up with work in between lectures or meet up with friends and socialise the bar is always popular during the daylight hours. It then converts to a late bar atmosphere for the evening events with the lighting dimmed and the drapes closed it takes on a new feel for our varied events programme.
Additionally during the early evenings we now do traditional pub meals where you can drink and dine for just £4.60 between 5 and 7pm, don’t worry you won’t miss Neighbours or Hollyoaks either as we show the popular TV between those hours on the plasma screens. It is also a great place to enjoy the football through the week and at the weekends. The venue then stays open if you want to enjoy the evening entertainments.
Definitely the best live venue in the area and arguably the best nightclub too the White Room is where we go big. It features a high spec lighting and sound system, video visuals and of course a well stocked student priced bar! The White Room normally only opens for the big club and live events and is closed during the days.

EVENTS
The events programme is designed to cater for all tastes but in brief:
MONDAY – Cultural/Celebration night – a mix of something different, celebrating different cultures, different awareness weeks or different music
TUESDAY – Rusty’s Laughter Lounge and Acoustic, alternating on a fortnightly basis between comedy and live acoustic sets
WEDNESDAY – Club Tropicana, party music, party atmosphere
THURSDAY – Indie/Alt/Rock night – Live music most weeks and big name national indie club nights
FRIDAY – Flirt! Student clubbing, chart, commercial club anthems and special themes and guests
SATURDAY – All day breakfast and sports on the screens – plus featured club nights most weeks
SUNDAY – Pub Quiz
DRINKS PROMOTIONS
These promotions are subject to confirmation before freshers starts
Mondays to Thursdays we run a drink and dine promotion with a range of great pub food main meals and a pint for £4.60. If you want to wash your meals down afterwards then selected drinks at the bar will be £1.50 between 5pm and 7pm. Choose from Carlsberg, Magners draft, VK or J2O. Order your food and drink at the bar.
We also run great deals during the events every week. Event promotions start at 7pm:
MONDAYS – Promotions will vary with each event
TUESDAYS – BIG drinks, little prices with 4pint pitchers or Carlsberg/Strongbow for just £5.50 or a 75cl bottle of house wine for £5.50
WEDNESDAYS – “Bite Me” at Club Tropicana - Snakebite and black for just £1.50 (before midnight)
THURSDAYS – Two pints and a packet of crisps for £4 on all draft products, Two Jim Beam £2.50 All night (offer only available in lounge and not as part of live gigs)
FRIDAYS – Flirt! with selected drinks £1.50 (before 1am) Choose from Carlsberg, VK, Budweiser, Red Bull
SATURDAYS – “Two’s up” get another drink, (the same as you ordered) for an extra £1 between 12 and 5pm
SUNDAYS – wash down your Sunday Roast with a £1.50 drink. Choose from Carlsberg, Magners draft, VK or J2O
