If you are a student on an undergraduate course you should download the Student Rep Nomination form by clicking here.

If you are a Pre-Reg Nursing Student you need to fill in a different form and you should click here.

If you are a Post-Reg Nursing student or on another Post Graduate course then you don't need to stand in an online election. You need to agree amongst your class who the rep is going to be and then submit this contact form by clicking here.
