In this section you will find everything you need to get you started as a Student Rep.

Under the 'Training Resources' section we will upload all of the documentation we use in training so that you can refer back to it at a later date.

The 'Feedback Form' is the most important document that you will fill in for us during your tmie as a Rep as this lets us know what happened in your Programme Committee Meeting: this is your opportunity to let us know how it went, the points you raised, how you felt the faculty responded to this, the decisions that were made or changes that are planned, and if you would like any Union support with anything that has arisen.  As well as giving us a picture of what is happening across the University, this also means that we are up to date with the situation in your department just in case you disappear from the face of the Earth!

If you cannot attend a Programme Committee Meeting, please be sure to fill in an 'Apologies Form' as far in advance as possible.  It is really important that you provide the committee with the feedback that you have gathered from your peers so that progress can be made in your absence.
